Project goal is to observe LG Election with involvement of local observation organizations: train observers; 10 mobile groups will observe the election day at special precincts in all 73 election districts across Georgia; information on the process of drafting the summarizing protocols (counting votes) by special precinct, regular precinct and district commissions will be regularly delivered to the public; complaints will be drawn up as well as the final report. Monitoring will be performed by 100 observers.

Project goal is to assess compatibility of the election process in Georgia with international and local standards; raise public awareness of political developments having place in regions. In particular, 14 observers will monitor the elections in Kakheti villages settled by ethnic Azeri population - Duzagarma, Lambalo, Iormughanlo, Kharajala, Napareuli; 7 observers - in Akhmeta Municipality villages settled by ethnic Kists and Chechens; 4 observers - in Gori Municipality adjacent to conflict zones villages.  Likewise, complaints by observers will be submitted to District Election Commissions, CEC and court. Summarizing report will be drafted.
