Vakhtang Natsvlishvili
Vakhtang Natsvlishvili Vako Natsvlishvili joined Open Society Georgia Foundation in February, 2013. He works on a wide range of projects promoting self-governance, transparency and public participation in local decision-making process. Vako is a member of the State Constitutional Commission and also represents the Foundation at the Open Government Partnership Civil Society Forum. He has authored or co-authored a number of policy documents, concept papers and draft laws. He has been leading the expert group working on the freedom of information reform in Georgia. Vako holds his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Public and Constitutional Law from Georgian-American University, School of Law and Social Sciences. He also graduated with honors his second LL.M. in U.S., International and Transnational Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Vako himself teaches the Public Law at several Georgian Universities.
