Ms. Tamar Tsereteli has joined the Foundation's Human Rights Program in 2014. Prior to that, she has been working with the Civil Society Support Program since 2009.

She graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili State University, Department of Oriental Studies, with a BA in Japanese history and language.

Ms. Tsereteli studied for a Master's course on "Peace and Conflict" at Tokyo International University. During 2007-2009 Tamar was working in Tbilisi City Hall as an advisor to the Mayor's office.
