Ms. Kaldani joined the Open Society Georgia Foundation in 2005.
Currently she leads the Human Rights and Good Governance program, defines the program strategy, plans grant competitions and implements the monitoring of the financed projects. She has significantly contributed to the establishment of the free legal assistance system in Georgia. The report on the violations of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law was also prepared by Ms. Kaldani's guidance and initiative.
For several years Ms. Kaldani led a private practice at the Kordzadze law firm. During 2000-2003 she was working in the Young Lawyers Association of Georgia.
Tamar graduated from Tbilisi Iv. Javakhishvili State University and holds Master's degree in Law. Later she earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Canada Management Institute.
